The Ecosystem Restoration Program Geographic Information Systems (GIS) section assists the CALFED ERP implementing agencies and ERP regional staff with the collection, documentation, and analysis of spatial data needed to support good ecosystem restoration decisions.
Example services provided by ERPIN Support Staff include:
- Support ERP field staff with spatial data collection
- GIS consultation and mentoring services to ERP staff
- Training in GPS and GIS software
- Tools for field navigation
